One Estimating Team for All of Ohio
Construction costs in Ohio are not uniform. Labor rates, subcontractor availability, soils, permit fees and project types change from Central Ohio’s fast-growing suburbs to the industrial corridors of Northwest Ohio and the historic cores of Cleveland and Cincinnati. Our estimators price each project for its actual location.
We are headquartered in Columbus at 101 Normandy Ave, Columbus, OH 43215, and we work with clients statewide. Plans and estimates are exchanged digitally, so a project in Toledo or Canton receives the same turnaround as one in Columbus. Local pages below explain the cost drivers and project types in each of our busiest markets.

Service Area FAQs
Do you serve all of Ohio?
Yes. We estimate projects in all 88 Ohio counties. Our 12 city pages cover the busiest markets, but every Ohio project is priced with local data.
Do I need to be near Columbus to work with you?
No. Plans and estimates are exchanged digitally, so location doesn’t affect turnaround. In-person meetings at our Columbus office are available by appointment.
How do you price different Ohio markets?
We adjust labor rates, productivity, material pricing, permit and utility fees and tax treatment for the project location. See our methodology.
Do you estimate projects just outside Ohio?
Ohio is our focus. We can discuss projects just across the state line for Ohio-based clients on request.
Can you estimate rural projects?
Yes. Rural projects often involve longer utility runs, well and septic systems or limited subcontractor availability, which we account for in pricing.
