A Team Built Around Specialization
No single estimator can be an expert in everything. A hospital MEP package, a hillside custom home and a warehouse slab require different knowledge. That’s why our team is organized by specialty — commercial and industrial estimators, trade specialists and residential and insurance estimators — with senior estimators reviewing every project before delivery.
Our estimators come from construction backgrounds: project management, field supervision, trade contracting and design. That experience shows in the details — realistic productivity, constructable assumptions and scopes that match how the work is actually built. Learn more about our company and our process.

Training and Credentials We Value
Professional estimating is a discipline with recognized standards. We value training and certifications from professional organizations such as the American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE) and AACE International, construction management and engineering degrees, safety training and hands-on field experience.
Our estimators also keep current with the codes and practices that shape Ohio projects — the Ohio Building Code and Residential Code of Ohio, energy requirements and public-bidding rules — and with the cost data described in our methodology.

Team FAQs
Are your estimators employees or contractors?
[Describe your team structure here — for example, in-house estimators supported by specialist partners.]
Where is your team based?
Our office is in Columbus at 101 Normandy Ave, Columbus, OH 43215, and we serve clients in all 88 Ohio counties.
Can I request the same estimator for future projects?
Yes. Many repeat clients work with the same estimator so preferences and formats carry over.
Do your estimators visit job sites?
Most estimates are prepared from documents. Site visits can be arranged for projects where existing conditions matter.
How do you train new estimators?
New estimators work under senior estimators, follow our checklists and have their work reviewed before release.
Can I speak with an estimator before ordering?
Yes. Call 1 (614) 721 2889 or contact us to discuss your project.
